Allscripts EHR

A person who is not tech-savvy can understand the system.

It is a basic system, lacks functionality on the pediatric side, especially with the templates.

It offers very basic usability for my practice, I expected a specific to specialty workflow but did not offer me that.

There are few difficulties to track labs results which takes alot of unnecessary time. The patient and provider chart is cumbersome to manage.

The software has made the everyday work in our practice very fast and efficient. It is very user-friendly and easy to learn in the start.

There are some minor issues with the claims. The vendor should work on them to resolve the issues soon.

We were about to switch to another vendor but Sally Borel take our practice administration and operations concerns. She made very genius decision which made our practice;s workflow very smooth.

Extremely disorganized, unprofessional and outdated software with a number of glitches and useless customer support.

The system is very robust and this company does a good job of staying ahead of the game regarding new and future law/regulation/requirement changes.

The medication section needs improvement. The documentation of data is time-consuming which affects the ease of use.

The tasks flow is very easy and smooth. The patient's chart is very easy to create and have very useful templates. Patient's specific tasks can be followed easily to maintain your flow chart for each patient.

I cannot have the patient's insurance card via the patients chart. They should have work on it.

The product is very easy to learn I am able to get accessed my patient record from any device and from anywhere via internet connection.

Templates were not made available until 3 months into our use of the system, which means we wasted many hours trying to make templates rather than modify others.

It is easy to use and all the patients like it and seem to be able to communicate with us very simply.

The IT support isn't available 24 hours a day so it doesn't always get resolved when its needed only on business days.

it is fairly easy to create and save templates for various types of patients and diagnosis which makes it worth keeping. The PM portion could be improved though it does the job

I have used better ones before but the practice I work for insists on using all scripts. the only thing I despise about it is that while working the system tends to lag and log the user out.

Allscripts has been in my use for 2 years now. I use paper charts and their PM to schedule and send out claims etc. So far its been a good experience.

Allscripts has a bit of a buggy document manager I mean finding a document is a pain because there's no way to do it quicker or arrange them in alphabetical order.

I used Allscripts for quite some time and it is a pretty decent system the emr portion is kind of weak but their PM is still reliable to some extent

Allscripts has a problem of lagging and usually it is slow in my office even though I have a really fast internet connection. They should seriously do something about its speed.

Allscripts EHR having all qualities that were needed to run our practice process smoothly. going well with this vendor.

We had to face some difficulty in staring while data migration and implementation process. It took so long to complete the setup.

This product has many real-time and backend issues, The system goes down while checking patient which is a big cause of the break in patients appointments.

They asked for long term contract consistently. The system slows down for update installations and maintenance in rush hours

We found this EHR really great and helpful for our practice processes. Patient management, reporting, and charting features are great.

Sometimes their system went down and have to wait for uptime,, this thing cause patient delay and have to wait.

In starting, their services and product were quite well and efficient and they asked for long term contract in a discounted fee after the contract they showed negligence in services and support.

Their support department is really terrible, have to add a ticket even for a very little issue and if you call them they have to wait for an hour.

When you talk about Xray and other reports it works well. Provide patient scheduling and reporting features.

Their services and product efficiency is lower than the proposed item, They made huge compliments about their product in a demo but real product is far different.

We tried many EHR systems but Allscripts EHR suits our practice a lot. It has many features like Patient scheduling reporting and sms alerts.

We found nothing bad in this EHR and PM system till now. We'll definitely write down if we find anything bad.

All Script is a good and complete EHR and PM system which saves your time alot and help to smooth your practice system.

Everything is good and adjust our scenario except their support system. They respond very late even a day later.

Their EHR works a bit right to run practice processes like scheduling reporting and provide different other specialty screens.

Customer support is the bad and worst thing. They response very late when you call and they just asked to generate a ticket.

This EHR and PM system is totally dumb. Bad interface, Collapse interface, and very slow processing team

They take a very very long time to implement their system and install software, drivers. Your practice cold suffer a lot due to system downtime.

You could take a break while checking your patients due to system downtime. This could happen at any time so you've to arrange the alternative system.

They made huge commitments in starting but instead of expecting their system is a total failure which doesn't have a guarantee to save your records

The necessity of using this in the medical industry. The wide range of various arenas of healthcare.

The heavy traffic and slowness. Sometimes it is slow during heavy traffic times at certain periods of the day.

Charting consistently on the system over years allows for continuity of care in our office. Overall the system is efficient and allows me to meet my objectives of charting on my patients.

once you get used to the dinosaur-ancient-like interface, you can probably get your claims to go through.
