Price was very attractive and ability to control our own billing. other than that we just cant find anything worthwhile on it.
The functionality was way below par. It shows well in demos but when it came time to use it the pieces don't fit together very well. Too many steps to to things in the chart. Referral piece was very poor.
We switched from Athena and in less than one week we were making arrangements to go back to Athena.

the system is cheap and affordable but overall its a god generic emr system. Their customer support is good.
Very hard to find something when you need it urgently and the options to customize are there but it isn't very easy to do it ourselves we always need to call carecloud customer service for something or the other.
overall its an average system I have had the experience of using others that are far more developed and intelligent.
