I have worked with several different electronic health record applications, and this one has been specifically my all-time preferred one. Troubleshooting for problems is really swift, coupled along with numerous options to choose from. It worked great and had minimal issues with the hosting, would want more people to get onboard as well.

The analytical reporting is not on par with what other vendors offer. And razor-sharp reporting is not really easy. Moreover, we tried their RCM in the past and found it to be not relied upon. Also, there was some issue with refreshing the section of notes.

I can’t find any pros about this product. The techs are rude and impossible to understand. The cost is very high and getting out of the product is almost impossible.

Support is impossible to understand, the product is very expensive. I just tried to log on this morning to see lab values and patient list for today on my remote connection and after TEN (10) tries I just gave up and wrote this review. My hospital substituted this awful software for EPIC when they didn’t have enough staff to roll out the real thing, I am stuck and furious!

The most important thing in an EHR product is the customer service that complements it. We've found the customer services to be highly committed as if they find pride in helping out the customers.

No real cons, as long as I'm concerned. I had some concerns during the implementation phase and it felt as if I'd made a wrong choice - of course, I was proven wrong soon.

One thing that is quite commendable in case of eClinicalWorks is that they do come up with new features and integrations every now and then.

The biggest problem with bringing that many features at a fairly rapid pace is that you do compromise on quality - and that is probably what has happened with eClinicalWorks. The application itself has some issues, which should be resolved first rather than throwing more (inessential) features.

We're a small practice and generally don't see too many patients. eClinicalWorks has been a perfect choice for us. Other than an almost flawless product, the billing services also do a fine job in managing our claims.

Customer service leaves a lot to ask for. Either they do not know their application well or they are not good at understanding our concerns. That is probably the only let down in eClinicalWorks.

The product has pretty much everything which is needed in running a practice. Scheduling patients, uploading documents, managing clinical workflows - all such basis are covered.

The frequency of glitches is absurd: to the extent that it can make one feel insecure. The problem doesn't end here. The customer support that complements the EHR isn't the best in the world and the calls with them can be several minutes long, for the most trivial of problems.

The best part about using eClinicalWorks is their tendency to come up with new features every now and then. The patient portal is also quite engaging and relatively easy to use for the patients. Timely updates also help with the flow of the application. Overall, a power-packed EHR solution.

In my experience, there have been some rare occasions of software glitches. Also, the filters that are used to find out exact information need a bit of fine-tuning.

The best thing about eClinicalWorks is that they're always giving out new features, alongside updating the existing ones. The patient portal is easy for patients to use. Timely notifications and pop-ups help in keeping on top of the practice. You also have the facility to use multiple logins of the same account simultaneously. All in all, a feature-packed product.

I've worked with at least 4 other EHR vendors and I've found eClinicalWorks to be a cut above the rest. Certainly worth the investment.

The software information is written in very plain English; I would say language is not very techy but software sometimes deletes your user account and crashed often.

The system always crashes while doing important tasks and patients are always complaining of login and loading issues. And customer service doesn’t exist. Also very difficult to perform tasks from iPhone and laptops.

I am not very satisfied with their product but it overall provides you a somewhat comprehensive package.

In a nutshell, it is a comprehensive product. One can upload documents, submit claims electronically, e-prescribe, keep users log, etc.

Too many glitches in the system which makes daily work really frustrating and we have to continuously face downtime problem. Technical and customer support is pathetic, most of the times, they don’t have an answer and it is located out of the country.

Lots of features available from a general point of view, unfortunately it becomes cumbersome and time consuming most of the time.

A terrible language barrier between us and them as the Support staff is based in India. Glitchy and lost documentation, most of the times tech Support does not have a solution for the problem. Pathetic clinical data migration and let me say “Pathetic” training provided.

In the beginning, it was all working well but after sometime, it showed its true colors. Could not handle an update, it has been months and literally I have no solution from them.

Inefficient tech and customer support, tickets after tickets but no response. No ease of use, a headache for the whole practice.

Good product, if you figure it out and know how to use, let me know as well. Have to spend money and hours to learn the product.

They show you something else and sell you something else. Nickle and dime their customers, charge for add ons, tech and customer support is pathetic.

Eclinicalworks is the company which offers all the options and features listed and offers them all included from the basic price.

We have not faced any critical issues yet. Product updation and system installations are part of every system.

Eclinicalworks complies with the highest grade and offers all these aspects integrated with medical software and so important for business success.

Their basic EHR system provided with billing services have very limited features and data access. Need to buy every feature

Their ehr software is amazing. Their service Healow App is very fast and comprehensive.

Their Billing support department was very lazy in terms of support and response back. Have to wait for hours whenever call them

One of the best features of this EHR Generate new queries of your patients by automatically sending scheduled messages at a future date.

Support and billing department are little slow and response late for any query. They response very late against any query.

They take a long to set up their services and automate the process. Data migration process also a lengthy process.

The system is customizable, you can run reports easily. You can access it on your mobile, e-prescribing is also available through mobile

Too many clicks, will face navigation issues, looks like a really out-dated software. Very hard to use and hard to adapt, even after trainings.

False promises and lack of improvements.

They use the third party vendors and get the job done for most of the things. Their application is web based which makes the system fast.

Their EMR has countless issues and the worst part is when you approach their support to get them resolved they are least helpful

I like their product offerings and customer support is very responsive. The overall cost of the software is also not much

Any upgrade leads to a system getting problematic which is very frustrating and then you have to call their support to get it fixed

Healthcare industry is always changing and eClinicals always keep itself in line with those implied changes

Progress notes documentation should be made easier for the providers to improve their experience...

For a smaller department like mine, their product works very well. Documenting is so convenient alongside their efficient staff

Seeking support sometimes get difficult when English is not the first language of their representative

The system is cloud based so it’s very easy to use in multiple location. The trainer or IT staff are quick in called back like same day or next day.

In many sections, the system did not recognize most simple words like fax, medicine, nausea etc. There are no spell check for any words if you mistakenly write them wrong.

The software is very useful when it comes to see lab results and easy communication with doctor

The software responds very differently when navigating from one lab results to another. And system is not responsive to mobile devices, the lab results screens don’t fit the small screen sizes.

eClinicalWorks EHR software comes with lot of useful features. But learning all these feature is not easy because it requires time and energy.

The system does not have option to users to search support forum within the system. Whenever need small help, users have to talk to technical team.

eClinicalWorks EHR software easy to use. It’s easy to add manages easy to fax and prescribe and many more such great features.

This is one of good EHR available in the market, even people who are using EMR for the first time. But yes there should be initial training.

ECW EMR is easy to use and user-friendly and also efficient to performing all required practice operations.

The only cons of ECW is that they are not offering training sessions for new users, there should be a training session on usage of EHR so practice staff don’t to struggle initially.
