Customer support is great. Every time I have tried to reach out my need has been satisfied. Training of new employees is very easy

Patient charting requires alot of clicks which makes the process slow and things like exam files takes a while to open up.

This is a good system for practice management and reporting but they do a lot of updates and installation on daily basis.

We faced issues with Liquide EHR support from the start. You have to generate a ticket for the very little issue and their response time is very late.

Liquide EHR customer support is terrible. Looks like from any third country and they're unable to understand your issues. Definitely not recommended to anyone.

It tracks orders well, the medical inventory is really easy to manage now. We don't have any delayed orders now.

The codes assigned for the spectacles and other relevant materials are the same as the office visit codes. This really puts me off.
