Note taking is the best with this EHR. Billing services are great too, and so effective in terms of how much I have to pay.

But I don’t like how the patient portal requires training for patients.

I love how user friendly this EHR is.

I like their specialty EHR, and they are HIPAA compliant. Easy customizable templates, and SOAP note taking is efficient. Integrated with labs, e-prescription and the patient portal is free of charge

They need to work on their customer support.

It has a very low acquisition cost, which makes it ideal for practices. We are happy with this system. And customer services team are very knowledgeable and professional.

They should launch a better mobile version. The current one is challenging to use on mobile at time.
