Its services include AxiaMed CC Processing, A/R Management – TSI, Real Time Transactions Medication Samples, Auto Statement Mailing, Chronic Care Management, Updox – Direct Messaging Reminder Mate and OA-Rx E-Prescribing.

Office Ally's products are user-friendly and its EHR and Practice Mate can be fully integrated to provide an all-inclusive experience to the client. Their EHR 24/7 also integrated with Dragon, a dictation software, which can be used to place audio notes with patient information. Their EHR offers robust and smooth data entry, which makes it easier for the providers to give more time to their patients instead of focusing on their software. Furthermore, Office Ally is HIPPA Certified, CAQH CORE Certified, ONC-ACB 2015 Certified, EHNAC Certified, HITRUST CSF Certificated and Maryland Health Care Commission Certified.

Office Ally is an EHR software and also works like a clearing house and insurance claims. The billing services are outstanding, and EHR gets the work done but is not as good.
